Anangu Tours

Anangu Tours is an Aboriginal-owned company providing a range of tours for visitors who wish to meet and learn about this sacred place from Aboriginal people. Learn the real meaning and history of Uluru as passed down from ancestors. The ancestors have lived at Uluru since the beginning of time. From them, the Anangu Aboriginal guides have gained an intricate understanding of the environment, flora, fauna and desert survival. Aboriginal guides lead all tours speaking in their own language, with a skilled interpreter translating into English.

On this tour you'll discover the surprising variety of plants living in this desert and visit the caves where the Aboriginal ancestors once sheltered and left their paintings in time-worn ochre and charcoals on the cave walls. Watching the colours of Uluru changing at sunset is the perfect end to this fascinating experience.
