Sunset at Uluru (Ayers Rock) Uluru - Kata Tjuta National Park

Travel to the Uluru sunset viewing area. Enjoy nibbles and a complimentary glass of wine as the sun sinks over the western horizon and the evening sky brings out the many shades of colour for which Uluru is famous.

Don't forget your camera! It is recommended that you photograph Uluru every 5 minutes to really capture the gradual colour changes of the rock. Occasionally, when it rains you may be lucky enough to see the spectacular sight of water cascading over the sides of Uluru.

Departs: Daily 75 minutes prior to sunset from Ayers Rock Resort

Returns: 20 minutes approximately after sunset to Ayers Rock Resort

Highlights:

Travel to the Uluru sunset viewing area. Enjoy a complimentary glass of wine as the sun sets over the western horizon and the evening sky brings out the many shades of colour for which Uluru is renowned. Continue to an exclusive venue to enjoy an Australian barbecue dinner including steak, sausages, kangaroo meat, salads and bread with sparkling wine. There is time for stargazing too (weather permitting).

Departs: Daily 75 minutes prior to sunset from Ayers Rock Resort.

Returns: 2½ hours approximately after sunset to Ayers Rock Resort

Guest cancellation within 24 hours of touring, incurs a 100% cancellation fee. Within 6 days to 24 hours of touring, incurs a 50% cancellation fee, plus the deposit. Tours must be booked 4 days in advance of the date of travel.
